It takes three to four hours to make
It takes about three to four hours for the confectioner to make this white colored special Kalakand of Sikar. Bikaner Sweets Store Prakash Singh told that to make special sweets, first of all the milk is heated lukewarm. After the milk is heated, it is stirred in a big vessel for about 3 to 4 hours. Gradually the color of milk starts turning yellow and it becomes solid. After which sugar and other dry food related ingredients are added to it.
After 4 hours, after continuously heating the milk, it is taken out and kept in a big tray. Now this milk is kept to cool for 2 hours. According to the demand of the people, it is made in the form of rabri and pieces.
